1. Promoter
The promoter is Peak Venues, the trading name of Derwent Venue Ltd, a company registered in England #07285638. Head office: Unit 1, Park Farm Industrial Estate, Longstone Lane, Bakewell, Derbyshire, DE45 1NH.
2. Eligibility
The prize draw is open to UK residents aged 18 or over, excluding employees of Peak Venues, their immediate families, agents, suppliers, or anyone professionally connected with the prize draw.
Only one entry per person is permitted. Multiple entries from the same person may be disqualified.
3. Entry period
The prize draw opens on [insert date] April 2026 and closes at 23:59 UK time on [insert closing date] 2026.
Entries received after the closing date will not be counted.
4. How to enter
To enter, participants must sign up to our mailing list by submitting their details.
No purchase is necessary to enter.
Incomplete, illegible, automated, bulk, or third-party entries may be disqualified.
5. The prize
One winner will receive a two-night weekend stay for up to 20 people at a large Peak Venues property, Dale House.
The stay will take place from Friday 5th March 2027 to Sunday 7th March 2027.
The prize includes accommodation only for up to 20 guests at Dale House in Litton, Peak District. In the unlikely event that this property is unavailable for the specified dates, Peak Venues reserves the right to provide an alternative property of equal or higher value and capacity within our portfolio.
The prize does not include travel, food, drinks, spending money, insurance, activities, or any other costs or expenses not expressly stated as being included.
6. Property allocation
The winner will not be able to choose the property. Peak Venues has selected Dale House, subject to availability.
The allocated property will be suitable for up to 20 guests. Peak Venues reserves the right to substitute the allocated property with another suitable Peak Venues property if required due to operational reasons, availability, maintenance, or circumstances outside its reasonable control.
7. Date restriction
The prize is valid only for the stay dates of Friday 5th March 2027 to Sunday 7th March 2027.
The date is fixed and cannot be exchanged for another date, transferred, or redeemed for cash.
8. Winner selection
The winner will be selected at random from all valid entries received by the closing date.
The draw will take place in November 2026.
9. Winner notification
The winner will be contacted using the contact details provided at entry.
The winner must respond within 14 days of being notified. If the winner does not respond within this time, Peak Venues reserves the right to select an alternative winner from the remaining valid entries.
10. Guest requirements
The prize is for a maximum of 20 guests, including the winner.
The winner will be responsible for ensuring all guests comply with Peak Venues’ booking terms, house rules, property restrictions, and any relevant health and safety requirements.
At least one guest staying at the property must be aged 18 or over. Peak Venues may require the winner to provide guest details before arrival.
11. Security deposit and booking terms
The stay will be subject to Peak Venues’ standard booking terms and property rules.
Peak Venues reserves the right to require a refundable security deposit or damage deposit in line with its usual booking process.
Any damage, additional cleaning, call-outs, fines, or costs caused by the winner or their guests may be charged to the winner.
12. Prize limitations
The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or any alternative prize.
No cash alternative will be offered.
If the prize (Dale House) becomes unavailable for reasons outside Peak Venues’ control, Peak Venues reserves the right to offer a suitable alternative prize of equal or greater value.
13. Publicity
By entering, participants agree that Peak Venues may announce the winner’s first name and/or county, unless the winner objects.
The winner may be invited to participate in reasonable publicity connected with the prize draw, such as photographs, social media content, or a short testimonial. Participation in publicity is optional unless otherwise agreed.
14. Data protection
Personal data supplied during the course of the prize draw will be used for administering the giveaway and contacting the winner.
Where entrants opt in to receive marketing communications, their details may also be used for that purpose in accordance with Peak Venues’ privacy policy.
Entrants can unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time.
15. General
The prize is a 2-night stay at Dale House. In the unlikely event that this property becomes unavailable for the specified dates, Peak Venues reserves the right to provide an alternative property of equal or higher value and capacity within our portfolio.
Peak Venues reserves the right to verify the eligibility of entrants and to disqualify any entrant who breaches these terms or acts fraudulently, dishonestly, or unfairly.
Peak Venues accepts no responsibility for entries that are lost, delayed, corrupted, misdirected, incomplete, or not received due to technical issues or any other reason.
Peak Venues reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the prize draw where it becomes necessary to do so.
The decision of Peak Venues regarding any aspect of the prize draw is final.
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
