Part-Time Maintenance & Property Services Assistant

We are looking for a reliable, practical and enthusiastic person to join the Peak Venues Property Services team, helping us maintain and prepare our award-winning holiday properties across the Peak District.

This is a varied, hands-on role where no two days are quite the same. You could be carrying out basic maintenance, looking after outdoor areas, completing property checks, maintaining hot tubs or supporting the housekeeping team during busy changeover days.

The successful applicant must be available to work every Monday and Friday and hold a full UK driving licence. You will be trustworthy, self-motivated and comfortable working both independently and as part of a wider team.

Previous experience in maintenance, groundskeeping, hospitality or property services would be an advantage, but it is not essential. Full training will be provided for someone with the right attitude and willingness to learn.

We offer flexible part-time hours, varied and rewarding work, a supportive team environment and the potential for additional hours during busy periods.

Part Time Cleaners

We are looking for cleaners to join our growing housekeeping team. You will be based in and around the Peak District cleaning our holiday accommodation properties.

Expect to be working in rural properties such as farmhouses, country houses and converted barns, all of which offer a high standard of holiday accommodation.

Part-time flexible work mainly on Mondays and Fridays but additional days in the week may be available. Hours are usually between 10am and 3pm.

A keen eye and attention to detail are a must but no previous housekeeping or cleaning experience is required as training will be provided. Competitive rates of pay.
