The Red House can accommodate 13 guests if single occupancy or up to 25 if delegates can share rooms at full venue capacity.

A couple of the rooms do have a set of additional bunk beds so could accommodate a couple more if happy to share more to a room.

There are 13 individually designed bedrooms, with 4 being on the ground floor and they are broken down as follows:

The main hub of the property has 7 bedrooms, 6 can be made up as twin beds or doubles , 1 is a fixed double. 1 bedroom is on the ground floor

In the interconnecting wing there are 6 further bedrooms all can be made as twin beds or doubles, 3 are on the ground floor

There are 10 en suites and 3 private bathrooms

The formal dining room is the ideal meeting space, with flexible seating options to suit your meeting , you are able to seat up to 30. 

There is a large drawing room and separate garden room which make ideal break out spaces, plus additional space in the kitchen where there is formal seating for 10 around the table. You do also have the games room which offers an alternative  and more informal break out space with 2, 2 seater sofas.

Should the weather be warm and dry and you prefer to take your meeting outside there are picnic tables set up for 30 people along the rear patio overlooking the beautiful gardens.

Well equipped kitchen, all beds are made up ready for your arrival, with hand towels in each en suite or bathroom and a bath towel per delegate. Flipcharts with paper and pens, free Wi-Fi, ample parking, electric charging stations and a spacious garden
