Our smaller venues are great for core teams looking for space to reset, build better relationships and generate new ideas. Suitable for delegate groups of 6-18 members and offering either single or shared occupancy bedroom facilities. Most have ensuites and/or private bathrooms.

Each property is in a stunning location with rural or small village surroundings allowing your team to relax and come together in new and inspiring ways. 

A healthy mix of team building and business can be achieved in our venues and these properties also offer excellent social and dining spaces which can also be used as break out spaces for one-to-one meetings, coaching or focused workshop sessions.

Centrally Located Venues in the Heart of the UK

All our corporate venues are based in the beautiful Peak District and Derbyshire. The UK's first national park is home to over 555 square miles of stunning scenery, with wild moors and gritstone escarpments to the north and rolling hills and valleys to the south. The stunning landscape is then dotted with pretty villages, rural idylls and charming market towns to explore.

Getting to the Peak District for your business retreat, or corporate away day is really easy. The Peak District is centrally located in the heart of the UK with great transport links from London. Direct trains to Derby, Stoke, Macclesfield, Chesterfield and Sheffield within 1.5 - 2 hours travel time.

Manchester Airport is within an hour's drive to all venues and East Midlands airport is nearby too.

It's ideal for regional offices in the surrounding cities of Manchester, Derby, Birmingham, Leeds, Nottingham and Sheffield. 

Many of our corporate venues have EV charging points so those with electric vehicles can charge at the venue without having to plan in a fuel stop.

Corporate FAQ's

Yes, we offer stays of 1 night or more mid week for business groups. If your arrival is on a Tuesday or Wednesday, then we can offer you much more flexibility with your timings and can maximise the use of the venue with no restrictions on your arrival and departure times.
