Manifold Farmhouse - (10 bedrooms) - 9 bedrooms can be twin or doubles and 1 room a fixed double. 6 rooms have en suites and 4 rooms (4, 5, 9 and 10 have use of 2 shared bathrooms - 2 of the rooms also feature additional bunk beds.

Manifold Barn - (11 bedrooms) - 10 rooms can be a twin or double and 1 room is a fixed bunk bed. 11 en suites. 1 of the rooms also has additional bunk beds.

Manifold Barn has a large and spacious area that can seat 48 delegates in boardroom layout.

There is a separate dining room / meeting space that can also seat 20 delegates in boardroom style in the Farmhouse.

2 fabulous games rooms, 1 with a pool table and a second multifunctional games room in a 11.5m x 5m detached stone barn.

Well equipped kitchen, all beds requested made up on arrival, hand towels in each bathroom and a bath towel per guest, flipcharts with paper and pens, ample parking and free Wi-Fi.
