Once you have booked your stay you will receive a confirmation email which includes a link to Manage My Booking. Click this link and use the email address you registered your booking with, create and confirm a password, confirm you are not a robot and click sign up.
Once you have registered to use this service you can access your booking information using the link sent to you in your booking confirmation or alternatively click the link below.
Once you have logged in to your secure booking page, you will be able to view and download lots of useful information to help you make the most of your stay. Down the left hand side is general information about booking a holiday with us and includes such things as our Terms & Conditions, Health & Safety Information. On the right-hand side are your booking details which have handy links to allow you to view your booking summary, manage and make payments, view and download your arrival & departure information and fill in your bedroom requirements.
