Dale House can accommodate 12 guests in single occupancy or up to 23 if delegates are able to share a room.

Some rooms also have additional bunk beds so they can accommodate more guests if needed.

There are 12 bedrooms and they are broken down as below:

Main house - 10 bedrooms, 9 can be made as a twin or double and 1 room is a fixed double - 3 of the rooms have additional bunk beds.

7 rooms have en suites and there are 2 shared bathrooms

Barn - 2 bedrooms - both can be made as a twin or double and have en suites - both have additional bunk beds in the rooms too.


There is a large dining area which is perfect for boardroom style meetings.  

You have 2 break out rooms in the lounges for smaller groups. 

Well equipped kitchen, all beds requested made up on arrival, hand towels in each bathroom and a bath towel per guest, flipcharts with paper and pens, ample parking and free Wi-Fi.
